ABOUT

Sara LeeAnn Banevedes-Pryde is a nationally certified massage therapist, astrologer, and peer support guide—offering radical witness and deep care for the restless, sick-and-tired, haunted. The ones who lived to tell the tale. (If you know, you know.)

I’m for honoring the mess and the mystery. For wayfinding when there is no way. For being with our silent hurts and f* you scars, and letting it all inform a purpose-full life. No parts left out.

My work lives at the crossroads of care and ceremony. It’s a living altar, not a brand.

I’m not here to fix you.

I’m here to stay with you at the edge, where so much begins… and ends. I’m here to offer beauty where there’s been none. To witness. To touch, without taking.

Everything I do is trauma-informed, grief-responsive, and shaped by the prayers of my Azorean ancestors. I speak the languages of Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatics, but I’m guided more by listening than by method.

I offer ritual massage in Casper, Wyoming, alongside a constellation of soulwork: sensory rites, seasonal offerings, and elemental invitations. There is a book burning beneath my ribs. More soon.
