Hello. I’m Sara. I’m for honoring the mess and the mystery. Wayfinding when there is no way. Being with our silent hurts and f* you scars and letting it all shape a purpose-full life. No parts left out.

I offer trauma-informed massage therapy in Casper, Wyoming. My life’s work lives at the crossroads of care and ceremony. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to be with you in the dark. To offer beauty where there’s been none. To touch without taking.

Everything I do is grief-wise, soul-led, and rooted in the prayers of my Azorean ancestors. I draw from Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatics, but I’m guided more by listening than by method.

Ritual Massage Therapy is a devotion—an alternative to standard, treatment-focused or clinical massage. It’s a practice of presence and whole-person care for people who need rest and restoration that goes much deeper than the body.
