TRAUMA-INFORMED
MASSAGE THERAPY
IN CASPER, WYOMING
Soulful, sensory-rich, soothing massage for real, raw human beings. No need to perform goodness, wellness or sanity here. Come as you are. Leave feeling more resourced. More whole. More able to carry on.
MASSAGE FOR STRESS,
GRIEF, AND BURNOUT
This is not your average massage in Casper.
This is care for the caregivers. Support for the strong ones. Relief for those who keep going, even when they’re running on empty.
I offer trauma-informed massage therapy in Casper, Wyoming that combines the restorative qualities of relaxation massage with skilled, attuned touch that supports your body and nervous system.
I’m for anyone who needs care and holding, but I am achingly devoted to the ones who’ve been through hell and keep staying, keep going.
The ones with sensitive nervous systems, minds that won’t quiet, hearts that won’t soften; who can’t stop-won’t-stop, can’t sleep, can’t settle, are touch-starved or touch-averse, heartbroken, recovering, coping with chronic pain and illness, living with depression, anxiety, or C-PTSD, moving through an uneasy life transition, or just struggling to be well in a body and life that sometimes hurts.
Welcome.
Your needs matter.
You are worthy of care.
You can rest here awhile.
Sara Pryde is a nationally certified massage therapist providing subtle, potent trauma-informed bodywork in multiple modalities—Swedish, Myofascial, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Hot Stone, CBD, and Prenatal massage. But the real method is soulful presence and deep listening.
NOT JUST SELF-CARE.
This is not a luxury.
This is survival work.
This is therapeutic massage that fortifies you to keep showing up in a world that keeps breaking you down. This is a resting place. A ritual. A return.
We begin with consent.
My touch is intentional.
It meets the part of you that’s most tired.
It says: You don’t have to hold it all right now.
We tune into your body’s wisdom, go at your pace, always checking in, “yes” to this, “no” to that. We stay honest. We create safety and trust together, moment by moment.

This is for:
caregivers who never stop
empaths, advocates, single parents, grief-walkers
nurses, therapists, teachers, social workers, first responders
those living with C-PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain or illness
the ones hustling shift after shift—cutting hair, pouring drinks, inking skin, serving tables
anyone and everyone whose body groans “I can’t” even as their life demands “you must”
-
Reverence.
Your boundaries honored.
Your preferences remembered.
You can speak, you can sleep, you can simply be.
You can ask for more or less, and know it will be met.
