Living Into An Imagined Future: Aquarius Full Moon

What juicy dream of liberation is your unguarded heart ravenous for?

Does it nourish not just you, but everything you belong to?

What hard work are you willing to do to actualize it?

What does your body need to hold the charge?

The Leo-Aquarius axis (where the sun and moon oppose one another) is about Me/We. The personal/universal. The subjective/objective. It's the vital concentration of the centralized Self spotlit in it's particularities present right-here-right now, opposite the airy dispersion of decentralized selves as seen from on high, the many which make up the whole, living into an imagined future.

This full moon invites you to meet your Self at the white-hot source and know the authentic desires at your heart's core: What are you all fired up about? Let that heat rise high, higher above yourself... take a lofty perspective... introduce the imaginings and inventiveness and intellectual ideations of air, envision new ways of being. How can your heart's fire spread to offer warmth to all it touches?

And here is where the body comes in. Fire and air aren’t just concept. They are felt in the body. Fire is the heat of your blood rising, the flush in your skin, the pulse that urges you on. Air is the breath moving through your lungs, the nervous system recalibrating itself with every inhale and exhale. These elemental forces live in you, shaping your tissues, your rhythms, your capacity to imagine and create.

In traditional astrology, Aquarius is Saturn-ruled. Saturn is methodical, governs time, and is concerned with what endures.

The same is true for your healing process. Liberation dreams are beautiful, but the body needs containers. The nervous system requires boundaries and structure. So hold the dream in your mind. Hold it. Hold it. Now root it down into your body.

Feel the ground beneath your feet. Notice the weight of your bones. What size, shape, texture, weight does your container need to be to sustain you?

Massage can be one of those containers. The table itself becomes a boundary, a safe place where you can bring all the heat and air of your restless visions and fiery will and root them into flesh and bone. Through intentional touch, through breath and presence, the body remembers: I am not carrying this all alone. I am supported. I can be more resourced. I can go on.

What supports can you put in place to fortify your vision for a loving, liberated, just, and sustainable future? What work can you do right now toward the tomorrow you may not live to see, but will be your legacy? Sometimes that work looks like rest and tending to your body, mind and spirit so you have what it takes to keep going.

What will you use your vital lifeforce energy, your wild rebel heart, your fate, your rapacious appetite, your will, your wits, your hard-won wisdom to build for us all?

Show up as your whole Self. Be shameless, lit up, hungry for the thing. Let your restless disquiet be the fire inside illuminating outdated paradigms. Bring relentless clarity to your own patterns. Honor your limits and fortify your boundaries. Make an awake, aware choice. Be heart-led, strategic, and accountable.

F*cking commit.

And remember—you don’t have to do this dream-building disembodied. Your body is the vessel through which you make your will manifest. Massage is one way of coming back to your body, so you can carry your vision forward with strength, stamina, and soul.

If you are in Casper, Wyoming looking for massage therapy that supports not just relaxation, but also your ongoing work out in the world, I welcome you. If you are looking for an experience of containment, I welcome you. If you crave grounding, I welcome you. If you need holding, I welcome you.

My practice offers a steady container for your searching air and creative fire. A place where where breath and touch return you to center, where your body can root your dreams, where healing is not some abstraction, but actually felt and lived. Here, you can be supported and resourced for the future you are building and the life you are living.
