No Parts Left Out
The way forward is unknowable unless you listen to your selves. Unless you pay exquisite attention to and honor all parts of you. No parts left out. No parts relegated to the basement of your being, shackled in chains.
That part of you you’ve been judged and shamed for—the one you’re convinced is cringe, difficult, problematic, naughty, too much, inappropriate, reactive, destructive, wrong, bad—you know the one. The one that only comes out when you’re triggered, when you’re sick and tired, when you’ve had it up to here.
That part of you holds the healing elixir.
That part of you’s poison is the medicine.
That part of you carries treasures you can’t yet imagine.
I am for you knowing and living into all of yourselves, including the true essence of those parts still hidden under protective disguises. They may appear as extreme ways of thinking, feeling, behaving—but beneath them is something sacred, something alive, something you belong to.
This is why I offer massage differently here in Casper. Not as a way to force your body into compliance, not as a way to get rid of what feels wrong, but as a way of creating a safe, ritual-like space for all of you to be welcomed. When we work together, I honor the tender and guarded parts just as much as the soft and open ones. Relaxation massage can help ease stress and chronic pain, yes—but it can also be a way of learning to live inside your wholeness.
You don’t have to exile parts of yourself to receive the medicine of touch. You don’t have to show up “fixed” or “calm” or “good.” Every part of you is already invited. This is a practice of honoring the full spectrum of your selves: tender, wild, exhausted, hurting. Here, your body can soften safely, your breath can return to rhythm, and your nervous system can remember what it is to be held.
Come as you are. Bring all your selves. No parts left out.
